Our client, a well-established global firm, is seeking a Senior Payroll Tax Administrator to join their growing team. Ideal candidates should be knowledgeable of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws across multi-state environments.

Term: Full Time/Direct Hire

Location: Pasadena, CA (hybrid 2 days per week in office)

Desired Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with payroll systems and tax related software, such as ADP
• Strong plus to have experience with ADP Smartcompliance
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Strong analysis capabilities
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ideal to have experience supporting large organizations of 5,000-10,000+ employees
