What will you be doing?
Providing the highest quality evidenced based patient care in an LTC setting
Responsible for visiting 1-2 facilities per workday for scheduled patient encounters

What you bring to the table?
Graduate of an accredited MSN program with certification as a PMHNP.
EMR experience
Ability to make sound clinical decisions
Proven ability to be flexible with work environment within the defined work hours.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of e-mail systems
Independent, reliable, and trustworthy
Ability to work within a busy setting with limited direct supervision
Willingness to travel within local market
Must have current and unrestricted OH license.
Must have a valid DEA or the ability to obtain a DEA license.
