Job description
We are seeking an Entry Level Account Manager to increase brand awareness, educate newcomers of our company culture, and tracking activity of customer accounts to ensure we are providing superior customer service. The ideal Entry Level Account Manager will be outgoing, engaging, and enjoy interacting with others. The Entry Level Account Manager will provide each customer with their customer service and sales expertise to promote a positive experience and manage all accounts sufficiently.
Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with key customer acquisitions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Thoroughly understand products to inform potential customers
- Accurately track and communicate all activity with the team
- Provide feedback on various factors regarding demographic data and customer insights
- Communicate with the marketing team and other Entry Level Account Managers frequently
- Perform other job-related duties as required
Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:
- Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
