Pharmacy Technician - Closed-Door - Patient Service  Representative

Specialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a Pharmacy Technician in the Tukwila, WA area! If you are a highly competent pharmacy technician looking for something more than what you have seen in the past, we would like to speak with you!

Responsibilities:

• Entering new referrals in pharmacy software & creating new patient profiles.
• Entering medication lists prior to pharmacist performing drug interaction screening.
• Retrieving clinical information in multiple instances of Epic EHR per request from pharmacist or intake coordinator.
• Desk job requiring multitasking, computer skills, high productivity and accuracy

 

Position Requirements:

• WA State Pharmacy Technician License
• ​​​​​​​ Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Team Player Mentality 
• 1 year experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred, but not required.
