We're currently on the lookout for a meticulous and customer-centric Remote Hospitality Concierge to join our team. In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for managing room reservations and booking accommodations for our clients. We're seeking individuals eager to embark on this exciting journey. Responsibilities:

• Manage hotel reservations, handling inquiries, bookings, and confirming room availability.
• Interact with guests via phone, email, and in-person, assisting with reservation inquiries, changes, and cancellations.
• Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests, addressing special requests or concerns.
• Process payments, reservations, and issue invoices or receipts as necessary.
