**What You'll Do**
- Lead all retail store operations, ensuring quality and service for a memorable customer experience
- Provide people leadership, coaching, cash/expense management, inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and store appearance
- Oversee daily operations, such as opening/closing procedures, work order management, customer service, staffing, and inventory control
- Drive team performance, meet or exceed key performance indicators and company goals, and comply with regulations
- Ensure all technicians are properly trained and providing quality service
- Provide guidance on vehicle and equipment maintenance and collaborate with marketing associates for displays
- Respond quickly to client complaints/warranty issues
- Perform other assigned duties
**What You'll Need**
- High School Diploma/GED or 5-7 years of leadership/supervisory experience
- Valid state-issued driver's license
- 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach to performance incentives
- 3-5 years of experience in retail or service center environments (automotive experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Excellent communication skills, especially with a mobile workforce
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Professional appearance and ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Physical requirements: ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs., work at elevated heights, and remain on your feet for extended periods
