Job description
The International Marketing and Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for providing marketing support for international consumer direct and trade partners for Walt Disney World Resort (WDW), Disneyland Resort (DLR) and Disney Cruise Line (DCL). We’re looking for someone who has a strong marketing background, is strategic, analytical, self-directed, with a proven track record of working successfully in a highly matrixed organization.
As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you’ll work in a diverse and inclusive environment amidst a professional and supportive community united by our Disney values, working toward excellence in all we do. You will lead the development of marketing programs to achieve our goals. You will partner with areas such as Marketing and Sales Strategy, creative agencies, Public Relations, Media, Promotions, CRM, plus maintain integration points with the business and operation.

You will report to the International Marketing Strategy Director.
Work with marketing and sales teams in Europe, Canada, Latin America, and Asia Pacific
Assist the International Marketing Strategy Director in managing key campaigns and projects, coordinating efforts across multiple teams / disciplines
Lead numerous projects simultaneously, working with partners from various disciplines and across multiple markets and time zones
Act as subject matter expert for all brand updates and new product introductions, providing international teams with marketing guidelines and guardrails (e.g. Lucas and Marvel guidelines)
Seek out integration and best practice sharing opportunities across markets
Develop and deliver presentations to internal and external senior management
Act as the international liaison across DLR, WDW, and DCL, maintaining solid relationships with the DLR, WDW and DCL marketing teams to help with communication and collaboration and be seen as an extension of their teams
Manage budgets, accurately achieving quarterly and annual forecasts
Lead all Travel Industry Marketing initiatives for international
Review marketing and sales creative to ensure they comply with brand guidelines
Support all APAC teams with select sales collateral/tactics (brochures, calendars, maps, online banners, videos, website content, photo shoots, etc.)
Act as the key contact for all Destination Marketing Organizations (e.g. Visit Orlando, Visit California, Brand USA)
5+ years of Consumer Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, Marketing Communications or related experience
Ability to develop strategic input, business cases and Marketing Communication Plans
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management; P&L knowledge and understanding
Demonstrated leadership with cross functional teams; Exceptional partnership and relationship skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining cross functional relationships
Demonstrated ability to interpret data analyses and determine strategies and business opportunities from research and consumer insight
Strong presentation skills; Demonstrated ability to influence others; Strong oral and written communication skills; Bias for innovation; Superior attention to detail; Experience managing budgets; Superior professionalism
Sense of urgency to move projects forward
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Equivalent
Master's in Business Administration
This position may be located in Anaheim, CA or Celebration, FL.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $112,100 - $150,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job tags
