Job Summary:

Marketing Strategy Manager – International Marketing

The International Marketing and Sales Strategy Manager is responsible for providing marketing support for international consumer direct and trade partners for Walt Disney World Resort (WDW), Disneyland Resort (DLR) and Disney Cruise Line (DCL).  We’re looking for someone who has a strong marketing background, is strategic, analytical, self-directed, with a proven track record of working successfully in a highly matrixed organization. 

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you’ll work in a diverse and inclusive environment amidst a professional and supportive community united by our Disney values, working toward excellence in all we do. You will lead the development of marketing programs to achieve our goals. You will partner with areas such as Marketing and Sales Strategy, creative agencies, Public Relations, Media, Promotions, CRM, plus maintain integration points with the business and operation.

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $112,100 - $150,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
