A high-volume chef driven restaurant with a fabulous craft cocktail program is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join their hospitality family!

Some of your responsibilities:
- Work with the Management team to ensure the staff is trained and understands the culinary and wine program.
- Participate in Management financial meetings to assist in meeting goals.
- Ensure proper staffing through accurate sales forecasting.
- Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant.
- Lead and engage staff in the expectations for hospitality excellence.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Be hands on and assist where always needed.
Experience must haves:
- Current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.
- Excellent industry tenure and references.
- Clear understanding of safety and sanitation protocols.
- Professional and kind personality.
- Strong knowledge and passion for wine.
- Natural ability to lead a professional team.
- Hands on with the “want” to be on the floor during service times.
- Ability to multitask.
