We are seeking that Licensed Practical Nurse who desires the rewards of working in Family Medicine. This opening is based at our Woodpark Place facility in beautiful Woodstock . The schedule is Monday-Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 2pm.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) functions under the direction of the Physician, Nurse Supervisor or Practice Manager. The LPN recognizes patient's needs and symptoms in advance and provides care for the patient under the physician's direction. This includes preparing patient for exams, assisting during treatments, coordinating tests and follow-up care, and recording treatment in medical record. The LPN assists with patient and family education and demonstrates competency and skills to serve patients of all ages.

Required Minimum Education

• Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
• Current State of Georgia professional licensure.

Required Minimum Certification:

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) is required
