Job description

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant specializing in Duck Creek Policy to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing customized products for our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving technology discussions, analyzing current landscapes to identify gaps in meeting business needs, and offering thought leadership and best practices to enhance our services and technologies.

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA (Remote)

Roles & Responsibilities

Functional Leadership: Lead the implementation of Duck Creek Policy, managing and prioritizing product backlogs from inception to implementation.

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide expert guidance in understanding the insurance product and business needs of customers, translating them into product specifications for configuration.

Stakeholder Interaction: Interact professionally with a diverse group of program stakeholders from both Business and IT sectors.

Solution Presentation: Understand customer business issues and data challenges, collaborating with the team to build and present solutions. Lead meetings with stakeholders to determine priorities and critical path items necessary to achieve defined objectives.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-geography business and technical teams, assisting program management with scope identification, progress tracking, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

Domain Expertise: Possess deep expertise in P&C Insurance domain (10+ years), Duck Creek Policy product (7+ years), and Business Analysis (10+ years).

Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leadership Qualities: Demonstrate proven leadership qualities including conflict/issue resolution, critical thinking, and ownership.
