Job Title: Senior Recruiter
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
Location: Lehi, Utah

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top-tier talent across various functions within our organization. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.
- Develop and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably within hospitality, financial services, or private equity.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.

Schedule:
- Full-time Monday - Friday; mostly in-office with some remote work
