Christian Care Fellowship Square of Phoenix is looking for a Maintenance Tech, full-time. Do you like working with your hands? Do you enjoy building, repairing, or maintaining construction projects? What are the Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, by established procedures.
- Prior experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting is a plus.
- Prior professional experience with commercial and/or residential property maintenance is a plus.
- Complete work orders and respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Ability to self-direct work.
- Ability to communicate with and relate well to the elderly.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work well alone or in a team environment.
- Must be available to work varying shifts as needed.
- Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant action and to remain calm during emergencies.
- Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, visitors, and the general public.
- Must be a team player.
- Hard worker.
- HVAC certification a plus.
What are the Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work well with others.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- Minimum of HS diploma or GED.
