We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our dynamic team in Orem, UT. As an accounting clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing our invoicing processes for installation and service customers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely and accurate billing, assisting with collections, and addressing customer inquiries regarding billing matters.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Range: $19.00 - $24.00/hr (commensurate with experience)
• Supplemental Accident Insurance
• Vacation and Holiday Benefits
• 3% IRA Match

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices efficiently and accurately for installation and service customers
• Ensure timely billing procedures and adherence to company policies
• Assist in collections activities and follow-up on outstanding balances
• Address customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues promptly and professionally

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of billing experience (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with ServiceTitan or similar HVAC management software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office products
