Job description
We are looking for a leader. We are looking for a Real Estate Client & Marketing Coordinator to join True North Real Estate/Remax Results in Plymouth, MN. Responsibilities include overseeing and leading both buyer and seller clients in their journey from purchase agreement to closing and beyond. In addition, you will work closely with a top-producing real estate group (nationally) in executing a marketing plan for the team. The position demands excellence & requires problem-solving daily. This is a dynamic opportunity in nature and requires the candidate to think and act independently. Examples of tasks/projects include: • Communication with sellers and buyers. • Coordinating transaction relationships with lenders, title companies, realtors, inspectors, and vendors. • Execute and innovate marketing programs. Responsibilities: Client Management: • Open & close office, turn on technologies, prepare for staff, client, and closing arrivals. • Manage purchases of office equipment and supplies, marketing materials, and all other business-related supplies/materials. Transaction Management • Oversee & guide transaction files from purchase agreement to closing. • Manage client database - Run action plans. Marketing Execution • Run and oversee all marketing tasks. • Work with 3rd parties such as printers, graphic designers, and video production to run marketing plans. • Manage and run Social Media platforms. Qualifications: • Associate degree or higher with Real Estate experience preferred. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Strong proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Canva, and all social media platforms. • Experience with Graphic Design digital and print a plus. • Strong confident leadership to clients, vendors, 3rd party contacts and team members, customer-centric at all times. • Problem solver!, Using common sense and leading people. • Opportunity for advancement and Income.
