Job description
Responsibilities:
- Change management communications lead to work closely with Global Information Security project management group to coordinate, draft, and execute communications related to ongoing information security projects and initiatives.
- Communications target various groups across the organization including: executive level stakeholders, technical project contributors, manufacturing, sales, and marketing teams
- Participate in project meetings, training efforts as needed, company meetings, etc.
- Execute clear and concise communication plans/messaging across multiple communication channels to key stakeholders.
- ssess impact of technological changes on key stakeholders and global employee base.
- Manage/track multiple projects, share results with project teams, and adjust as needed to support deliverables timeframe.
Experience: - 5+ years of experience in change management, communications coordination, and planning
- Proficiency using change management tools such as Poppulo
- Experience with Microsoft applications such as SharePoint, Office, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Team player skills essential.
- Flexibility to adapt in fast paced/frequently changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of IT/Information Security topics and security awareness practices helpful.
- bility to add creative/visuals to communications documents is a plus
- Prosci or other Change Management Certification is a plus
