Job Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to assist with purchase application and work with company representatives and customer on orders.
- Perform credit reviews.
- Evaluate customer's financial status and communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Research customer company's account, such as unapplied payment, duplicates, payment history, etc.
- Ensure proper documentation is gathered and follow up with customers on questions.
- Be aware of contractual agreements, terms, conditions and purchase orders.
- Monitor approvals and releases of equipment for company representative's.
- Create credit memos.
- Work with team members for remittance.
- Track jobs and any disturbances in jobs to monitor completion and collect payment in full.
- Maintain daily log of collections.
- Monitor aging reports.
- Track, answer and follow up on credit inquiries.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Some college required.
- CBA certification preferred.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be organized and have the ability to stay on task and meet deadlines.
Ability to work with a team and be flexible to fill in.
