Description:
Will mainly be working on amenity & tenant build out / interior projects - they need an Architect or Interiors candidate that needs to have knowledge of code, CA/CD experience. Will be mainly focused on producing CDs. May be involved in: Assist in all design phases for various projects, renovations to existing structures. Could be working on office or hospitality projects mainly base building and exterior CD work for the time being, then may switch to other responsibilities. Produce construction documents from start to finish in Revit for corporate interior renovation projects Participate in construction administration activities Coordinate with client, project team, and consultants Provide exceptional, proactive, friendly client service Inspire, teach, and lead by example, and mentor architectural design staff Complete assignments within schedule

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
