Responsibilities
iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.
PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

We are looking for: Planner MA BioCampus - VIE Contract (W/M)
Target start date: 01/05/2024
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with site schedulers and manufacturing to align Master Production Schedule (MPS) plan with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Help procure items from approved suppliers to support the MA BioCampus Production Plan
- Provide annual usage and forecast demand for raw material to obtain best price for standard cost setting process
- Place purchase orders and coordinating pre-approval samples in support of manufacturing
- Coordinate and communicate level loaded deliveries from suppliers to facilitate flow of the receiving process with KPI’s and Dashboards
- Assist with the identification of new raw materials and suppliers that are unique to the Site for development projects
- Implement new part numbers in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for new materials in conjunction with the Supplier Management Team (SMT)
- Help maintain accurate and current master data within our core systems
Inventory Management responsibilities:
- Analyze material usage to determine appropriate stocking levels of materials at the Sites
- Collaborate with Site Materials teams to ensure material requirements are accurately forecasted ERP (SAP) based on site schedules
- Execute safety stock policy process to establish, review and maintain safety stock levels for raw materials based on lead time and risk; conduct review process monthly
- Report on material expiry risk and participate in network level Material Review Board to ensure inventory level meets customer requirements while managing expiry, obsolescence, and cost savings in timely manner
- Provide input and support for the risk assessment of raw materials
- Assess supplier risk including determining primary and secondary manufacturing locations, supplier disaster recovery plans, and evaluation of supplier’s single/sole source supply chain
- Monitor Supplier Performance including On Time Delivery, Lot Acceptance and Supplier Corrective Action Report for the Site monthly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related discipline
- Fluent in English
- Have passion, skill, and some experience with E2E demand planning throughout the value chain
- Ability and desire to drive maturity of digital system usage (SAP, Kinaxis, Plai) and willingness to help upskill workforce
- Will work well cross-functionally within an APU format to influence and contribute to the IBP program at the BioCampus
- Highly motivated and energetic individual that is looking to be part of a fast paced and agile manufacturing environment
