Job description
Teal's Market in Cold Spring, MN is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations during the 3 pm-9 pm shift, 2-3 days a week. Our company prides itself on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Assign tasks to associates during the shift and ensure timely completion.
- Call in replacements for team member absences or no-shows.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized storefront.
- Perform cashier and personal shopping duties as needed.
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Promote specials, sales, and the Teal's Market App to customers.
- Manage cash intake and count out registers at the end of cashier shifts.
- Communicate regularly with the store manager regarding customer concerns, associate issues, and other significant matters.
- Sign for deliveries when necessary.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and guidelines.
- Assist in associate training and onboarding.
