Job description
Adecco is currently seeking experienced Administrative Assistants for local clients in Casper, WY. These are temporary, temporary to hire and direct hire positions and the salary range is $16-$25hr DOE. As an Admin you will be the backbone of our client's daily operations, providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of their office. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a productive work environment and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
Arrange travel and accommodations for staff.
Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Input and manage data in the client's systems.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documents.
Communication and Correspondence:
Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other documents.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
