Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls
- Schedule service appointments
- Customer follow up
- Maintain relationship with customer
- Work closely with the service management and team
Qualifications:
- Enjoys talking on the phone, this position requires use of a telephone
- Exceptional time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Professional work ethic
- Great attitude with a high-energy personality
- Call center experience preferred
- Proficient with basic computer applications
