Job description

Private family in Seattle, Washington is looking to hire an experienced Live-out Estate Manager.

The key responsibilities are:
1. Hire and manage household staff in multiple locations
2. Vendor management
3. Contract and invoice review
4. Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior of property
5. Construction management/project management
6. Maintain household budgets
7. Establish and maintain household SOP manual
8. Personal and household errands

Requested Duration: Several Years

Family needs to completely staff their new home so they are looking for a Chef, Housekeeper, and a Nanny. If you have someone you recommend and they are hired, Household Staffing will pay a Referral Fee.
