Petcare Global Supply Chain Development Internship Experience
As a Petcare Global Supply Chain Development Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas:
- Be part of a cross functional team for the design of a supply chain analytics tool
- Develop and execute projects to reduce excess raw material or finished good inventory
- Develop and execute projects to reduce logistics costs
- Develop and execute projects to increase service (case fill, on time delivery) to retail customers
What are we looking for?
- We are looking for humble and hungry, agile students who have a drive for results, a desire to learn, and who can quickly build relationships
- We are looking for students who are passionate about supply chain operations & procurement and the consumer products industry and have a background in finance/data analytics
- Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date (typically rising seniors)
- Desired majors include: Mechanical, Industrial, or Systems Engineering; Supply Chain and Information Systems
- We have internship opportunities in: Franklin, Tennessee; Hackettstown, Pennsylvania and Chicago, Illinois.
- Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S. , without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening
- Some of the positions available might be at a facility that process nuts or allows dogs and cats on site. Please let us know if this raises any concerns so that we can address them
