Job description
Position Summary:
Under general direction of the Executive Director of Development responsible for the oversight of new construction or remodels for the Enterprise, delivery of completed sites, and transfer of responsibilities with construction projects. This position will be responsible for oversight of engineers, architects, contractors, and other consultants including budgeting, contract administration, scheduling, and coordination with operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Real Estate Development, or related field plus eight (8) years of project management, project engineering, or oversight experience in land development, construction, architecture, or engineering. Valid driver’s license. Must meet all knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
