Job description

Title: Sales and Marketing Systems Administrator

We are a pioneering company specializing in video, audio, and voice technologies, dedicated to enhancing communication experiences. Currently, we are in search of a Sales and Marketing Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role involves configuring, customizing, and maintaining our tech stack to align with our organizational goals. Sales and Marketing Systems Administrator - Pay and Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $40/hr
Worksite: Remote (Candidates must be located in the United States and work Pacific Time office hours)
Comprehensive benefits package: W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
Flexible working hours: 10 hours/week (20hrs/week in June), 6 Month Assignment, with possibility of extension

Sales and Marketing Systems Administrator - Responsibilities:

System Configuration:

Customize and configure Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Gong, and other systems to align with our unique organizational needs.
Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

User Support:

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and promptly address user queries.

Data Management:

Maintain data quality through regular imports, exports, and cleansing activities.
Ensure data integrity and security, with moderate use of LeanData for data imports.

Automation:

Design and implement automation processes to streamline business operations, using Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers.

Reports and Dashboards:

Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various teams.
Monitor data trends and recommend improvements.

Integration:

Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow.

Security:

Administer user access and security settings, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Training:

Develop and deliver training sessions to educate users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce and system features, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

Sales and Marketing Systems Administrator - Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
LeanData implementation experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or equivalent) preferred.
Proven experience in a similar Salesforce Administrator role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data management, and security.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
