We are seeking a Regional HR Generalist to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role is pivotal in partnering with regional teams to enhance employee relations and maximize team productivity by leveraging talent optimally. Role & Responsibilities:
Profit Maximization:
Work collaboratively with business partners to mitigate risks and enhance productivity.
Analyze reports and data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Drive continuous operational improvements through strategic collaborations.
Operational Execution:
Facilitate the effective implementation of HR initiatives.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company policies, programs, and operational impacts.
Lead employee relations, conduct investigations, and offer high-quality, objective resolutions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and address employee concerns across all levels.
Talent Optimization:
Support recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Foster team development, retention, and recognition of high performance.
Enhance the performance management process and align team objectives with the company's vision.
Customer Experience:
Cultivate strong relationships with both field and corporate partners.
Make informed decisions that uphold our core principles.
Engage in regional strategies to enhance team engagement and promote a culture of safety and security.

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of five years in Human Resources and multi-unit leadership.
Education: Bachelor's/Associate's Degree preferred (or High School graduate/Equivalent), HR certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Capable of standing and moving throughout the shift, with up to 40% travel across a large geographic area.
Availability: Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and regular travel.
Additional Requirements: Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, and legal standards.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $72,900 - $109,300, based on location, expertise, and experience.
Bonus & Benefits: Eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverages, car allowance, and 401k plan enrollment. Associates accrue up to 200 hours of paid time off per year and up to 80 hours of paid sick time.
