Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior B2B sales experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and ultimately closing sales. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Make a minimum number of outbound calls per day to prospective B2B clients.
- Connect quickly with gatekeepers and navigate to conversations with targeted individuals.
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Utilize various sales techniques to effectively pitch products/services and overcome objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
