Job Description:
Position Summary: We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated General Manager with proven expertise in concrete formwork or rebar. This role requires strong leadership, organizational acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Strategically direct and lead the organization, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Business Development and Sales:

- Oversee all aspects of operations, including project planning, scheduling, and execution.
