Role Overview:
Join our team as an Accountant with a focus on tax and bookkeeping, offering the opportunity to work remotely 90% of the time. As a valued member, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our clients' financial health while enjoying the benefits of a flexible work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly bookkeeping tasks for clients to ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare sales tax filings to meet compliance requirements.
Generate year-end reports for clients, contributing to their strategic financial planning.
Prepare a variety of tax returns, including individual, partnership, C-corporation, and S-corporation returns.
Assist in managing due dates effectively to meet regulatory obligations.
Maintain and manage task lists and to-do lists efficiently.
Requirements:

Reside in the Dallas, TX area with the ability to work remotely.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Demonstrated experience with QuickBooks Online and ProConnect is strongly preferred.
Recent public accounting experience, particularly in tax preparation, is highly desirable.
Self-reliant and adaptable with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, ensuring accurate financial assessments.
Capacity and commitment to work 20-30 hours per week during traditional business hours.
