Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our sales efforts, identifying potential leads, and nurturing client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques to identify and generate leads.

Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to educate them about our products/services.

Qualification: Assess lead viability and qualification through effective questioning and information gathering.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.

 

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively evaluate and prioritize leads.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.

Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
