Job description
Watershed Car Wash is a NEW brand of Texas car washing. Our team has earned the award of “Top 100 Companies to work for” for three years in a row. We are the recipient of this award because we believe in building a strong culture. We are currently looking for high-capacity managers for our Texas brand, who have a desire to serve our customers and lead our team in the car wash industry. This role is a hands-on experience that develops your supervisory knowledge and coaching skills. You will learn how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business and develop great teams that are focused on Serving People. These foundational principles set leaders up for success in careers of site management and leadership.
Compensation
Compensation is $14-$16 + COMMISSIONS, most of our employees average an additional $2 per hour when considering their commission. Our best sales associates are currently on pace to make between $50,000 to $70,000 a year between commissions and hourly rate. Advancement through our Career Plan will create opportunities for additional income. Training is paid and we offer full benefits to our employees working 30+ hours a week.
Using a mix of online learning, classroom training and the A.L.T. Program*, we will prepare you to:
· Grow a successful, multi-million-dollar business: drive sales leveraging your leadership skills, efficiency and problem-solving skills. Read profit and loss statements. Organize and lead site meetings.
· Inspire others & lead a team: engage with your team and develop their skills so that they realize their personal best, both as individuals and as thriving teams.
· Work in a Multi-Site Position: with more Watershed locations coming to Texas, you will be educated in a higher level of management to enable career path growth to manage multiple locations
*Accelerated Leadership Training Program: Mission statement of the program: To inspire and sharpen leaders in becoming culture-focused managers that are capable and willing to impact others around them through intentional one-on-one training.
We’d love to hear from people with:
· 2 years retail / customer service management or car wash experience
· Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
