Responsibilities

In the Personal Lines Producer position, you will:

• Grow New Business Accounts by converting incoming leads, warm calls, online quote requests, client referrals and organic opportunities into sales. We are a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Provider and have many other lead sources available to you, we have 100's of leads available.
• Utilize agency custom CRM to support sales cycle and automation of follow ups, which then boosts opportunity funnel and close ratio.
• Utilize agency management system - EZLynx and EZLynx Personal Lines Rater
• Provide the highest quality of professional service to every customer.
• Maintain knowledge of products.
• Follow existing processes and procedures.

Requirements

Requirements for Personal Lines Producer:

• Property and casualty insurance license is required.
• Prepare quotes for customers.
• Applicant must be articulate and friendly, demonstrate professional appearance and have a strong work ethic.
• Endorse technology over "old school" models.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.

As long as you are coachable, driven, and accountable then we will train you to be successful.
