Role : Project Coordinator
Location : Alameda, CA - 94502
Duration : 06 Months on W2
Shift Timings: 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Scanning and reviewing documents for quality control.
• Coordinating project schedules and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Reviewing and approving training documentation for call center agents.
• Communicating any complaints or issues to relevant stakeholders.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but any degree accepted.
• Experience in quality control, project coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with FDA requirements and procedures.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in quality, pharmaceuticals, biotech.
• Focus on daily tasks such as document scanning, project scheduling, and training documentation review.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality procedures in Abbott's Diabetes Care division.
• Proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint.
