Job description
Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Policy and Partnership Liaison for the USCYBERCOM program located at Fort Meade, MD.
- Support the CNMF Allied, Foreign & Interagency Division Chief by directly assisting with oversight and management of support for CNMF LNOs posted to other organizations.
- Identify, compile and provide CNMF requirements for Liaison Officers (LNOs) and Foreign Exchange Officers (FEOs) to USCYBERCOM or CNMF staff responsible for sourcing/supporting LNOs/FEOs.
- Assist in development of agreement documents and other supporting documents required to enable the hosting or posting of LNOs/FEOs.
- Coordinate for and assist with the integration and on-boarding of LNOs/FEOs.
- Coordinate with CNMF Task Force, Staff Directorates or other hosts to ensure requirements for host personnel are understood and appropriate.
- Assist in the execution of USCYBERCOM and/or CNMF processes/procedures to identify incoming LNOs/FEOs, and welcome and on-board them into CNMF.
- Ensure that appropriate security or administrative matters are addressed to accommodate LNOs/FEOs.
- Track assignment lifecycle of LNO/FEO personnel; communicate the requirements on how to appropriately depart USCYBERCOM/CNMF facilities and organizations once assignment is complete.
- Develop/provide documentation to CNMF LNOs to be stationed at partner locations.
Required:
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a Cyberspace Policy Analyst or related functional area
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communications skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Understands Cyber Mission and grasps implications of policy and operations in cyberspace.
- U.S. citizenship required
- An active TS/SCI with poly security clearance is required.
Highly Desired:
- Prior work as a Staff/Action Officer working in support of cyberspace and/or intelligence operations.
- Prior experience supporting CNMF/USCYBERCOM integration of LNOs/FEOs, expansion in both CONUS and OCONUS relationships or similar liaison support Action Officer experience.
- Familiar with USCYBERCOM authorities and documentation for hosting Liaison/Exchange personnel.
- Demonstrated initiative in executing past roles and responsibilities.
- Highly organized, flexible with tasking, and has strong ability to multitask.
