National manufacturer of custom garage doors searching for Regional Sales Manager covering MISSISSIPPI, ALABAMA, GEORGIA and FLORIDA
Required: BUILDING MANUFACTURING SALES EXPERIENCE AND EXPERIENCE SELLING GARAGE DOORS.
POSITION TITLE:
Regional Sales Manager
COMPANY- is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region. The Regional Manager for the Southeast Region is responsible for hunting new dealers and further developing existing dealers within the states of Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia and Florida.
As this is a newly formed Region for (THE COMPANY), the Regional Manager for this region will play the lead role in growing sales through new customer onboarding. Key customer targets will be provided, and are comprised of professional installing garage door dealers/installers and wholesalers. In this role, you will travel to and meet with key targets within the region, and work to convert them into customers, purchasing garage door products from (THE COMPANY) on a regular basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Increase sales by providing value to current dealers through training, support and hands-on efforts
· Prospect for new dealers
Key Requirements:
· Goal driven professional with a high sense of urgency and results-oriented
· 5-7 years sales experience (B2B and/or in-home sales experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred)
· Strong organizational, time management, problem solving and computer skills
· Overnight travel is required (generally by car - out Monday, back Thursday)
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines on time and strong attention to detail
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
Previous experience in B2B sales
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Working knowledge of CRM tools, including Power BI, Salesforce
Must be fluent in English
Job Type: Full-time
COMPENSATION:
Competitive base pay + commission structure, including new dealer bonus programs. Commission guarantee for the first 6 months. Travel allowance, company credit card for work-related expenses, and cell phone allowance will be provided.
Total compensation for first year we estimate very conservatively at $120k.
