Job description
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using Java or .NET technologies within Low Code No Code platforms.
Low Code No Code Expertise: Utilize expertise in Low Code No Code platforms to streamline development processes, automate tasks, and accelerate software delivery.
Hands-on Development: Actively participate in coding, debugging, and testing activities to ensure the quality and performance of software deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (8 years) in software development using Java or .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of Low Code No Code platforms such as Mendix, OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, or similar.
- Previous experience in a technical leadership role, leading development teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with full-stack development and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Certification in Low Code No Code platforms.
