Job description

Hydromat CNC Operator

No gimmicks. No hype. Just great people making great products.

It's no secret; lots of companies are playing a desperate game of "can you top this?" while trying to fill hundreds of open jobs. They claim to be great workplaces, but too often the reality is something else altogether.

We're different. Based in the northeast corner of Euclid, OH, Tylok manufactures instrumentation & tube fittings, valves & associated products, and medical gas fittings & valves. We offer the flexibility and familiarity of a family-owned company that is just the right size: big enough to be solid and established (now in our 67th year), yet small enough that everyone is on a first-name basis.

At Tylok, your individual contribution to team success is noticed.

Stuck in an off shift job? This is a 1st shift position with a consistent schedule weekly.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced full-time Hydromat CNC rotary transfer machine operator who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to team success. Key duties are to operate Hydromat Epic or Epic II CNC rotary transfer machines, change tools, and perform sample part checks using a variety of measurement techniques. Some parts require completion using an adjacent Reed roll.

We seek 3+ years of experience operating Hydromat Epic or Epic II CNC rotary transfer machines, preferably doing volume machining of precision threaded stainless steel and steel parts.

Note: If you have not run Hydromat Epic or Epic II CNC rotary transfer machines previously, we usually can train individuals who have 3+ years of experience operating CNC lathes.

Candidates must also have the proven ability to read prints and job documentation and check sample parts using basic manual and digital gages.

Candidates should also have:

Tylok offers full time employees health care, dental, and vision care plans, company-provided basic life, AD&D, and short-term disability coverage, a safe harbor model 401(k) retirement savings plan that begins contributing to your account the first hour you work, and an EAP.

All work is to be performed onsite at our facility in Euclid, OH. The position requires drug and background screens.

For consideration, apply via the Careers page at

Principals only; no phone calls, please. Qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.
