Job description
Foamcraft is the leader in foam fabrication and has been for decades. We are looking for individuals to join our family as CDL Drivers at our Elkhart, Indiana location. This is a first-shift position making local and regional deliveries. Hours may vary based on the delivery schedule. Occasional Saturdays and overtime.

This role starts at $22.00 an hour. Employees are eligible for$0.50 increases four times in the first year based on performance – or
up to $2 in the first year . We also pay a
$120 bi-weekly perfect attendance incentive for all those who qualify.
Key responsibilities will include: - Make deliveries in a safe, efficient manner
- Assist with loading trucks at plant locations
- Help customers with unloading, paperwork, counts, and returns
- Keep vehicles in clean condition, and good working order through regular inspections
- Must maintain a clean driving record and valid Class A CDL
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude towards their coworkers and their job. They must have a Class A CDL and a clean driving history. They must be able to understand and follow all company policies and regulations as well as all traffic and CDL laws and regulations.
