Job description

Employees mainly  greet customers, scoop ice cream, and ring up all purchases in a friendly and efficient manner . In addition, crew member jobs with Baskin-Robbins keep the store clean and sanitary, especially the kitchen and dining area. Associates receive training on proper cleaning techniques and store procedures. More duties below:

• Maintain a clean and neat workstation; complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed.
• Complete all required training and support the training of other team members.
• Effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures.
• Follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security.
• Comply with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies.

Baskin-Robbins is an American multinational chain of ice cream and cake specialty shop restaurants owned by Inspire Brands. Based in Canton, Massachusetts, Baskin-Robbins was founded in 1945 by Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins in Glendale, California.
