Job Title: Project Engineer (Heavy Civil Construction)
Job Location: Scottsdale and Tucson, AZ (relocation offered)
Salary Range: $65K - $80K
Requirements: Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering (or related field); Experience with earthworks, dirt-work, and civil construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects including highways, bridges, earthworks, dams, etc.
- Develop project plans and budgets and monitor progress.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings and documents.
- Supervise and direct the work of contractors and other personnel.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Perform quality assurance inspections throughout the project.
- Analyze and resolve problems arising during the course of the project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience with earthworks, dirt-work, and civil construction.
- Willingness to travel to job sites
