Role: Engr II
Location: Draper, UT - 84020
Duration: 09 Months

Responsibilities:

• Investigate manufacturing product quality and compliance issues, such as CAPA and non-conformances, using engineering principles.
• Develop experiments and tests to validate and improve products and manufacturing processes.
• Optimize manufacturing processes using engineering methods like SIX Sigma and LEAN.
• Maintain technical content of risk management files and develop training materials for production.
• Assign and instruct technicians, providing feedback and coordinating their work.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Additional Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to interpret drawings.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of statistical techniques and experience with lab/industrial equipment.
• Solid problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Quality systems and adherence to regulations.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to manage vendors and project stakeholders.
• Compliance with company rules and protocols for safety and environmental protection.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience.
