Job description

DACUT is looking for cannabis order fulfillment associates to join our growing team! We are looking for reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented individuals for our production team. Ensuring that our fulfillment team uphold our brand is of utmost importance.

Responsibilities:

• Use our POS in conjunction with Metrc to provide exemplary customer service while upholding Michigan compliance
• Update patients on live orders
• Prepare orders that are submitted through various e-commerce platforms
• Package and label products
• Weigh flower, stock and re-stock fulfillment department, clean and sanitize the work place.
• Pack and twist pre-rolls
• Willing to work in a production line
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Increase productivity and efficiency without sacrificing quality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Perform any clerical and administrative duties
• Inventory upkeep and weekly auditing with shift manager

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years experience in a order fulfillment position
• High School Diploma
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able pass a criminal background check
• Restaurant/Fast Food experience preferred
• Knowledge of marijuana strains, edibles, extracts and other current products on the market
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, must be comfortable talking to all customers
• Stress Management/Composure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15-16/hour
