Event Set-Up Team Member
Interlachen Country Club is seeking Event Set-Up Team Members. Our event team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our guests and members for private and public events. Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Assist with set up and take down of events.
- Accurately read an event order for the proper setup of the event.
- Follow diagrams to set the room with the correct furniture.
- Be respectful of our spaces by avoiding damage.
- Assist with audio/visual equipment, such as LCD projectors, TV, microphones, and screens.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping team and any other team members contributing to the event.
- Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.
Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED

- Strong Communication Skills - Able to assess needs and desires by communicating with our members and team.
- Team Player - Work closely with leaders and fellow team members to meet goals.

- Fast-paced - Able to manage multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to move and lift to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period
Availability
- This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
