Data Entry Operator

Location: On-Site please note 100% onsite work is required | North York, Toronto
Pay: $19.98/hr to $23/hr T4

Daily Responsibilities:
Project name/Description: CDIC 2024 Campaign
Data entry into TTA Tool
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it?
Trust Tracker Application Tool and Sales Platform data entry. KTA scanning, Iron Mountain Portal labelling and shipping
Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
- 2+ years related experience required
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- Ability to enter data 7000+ keystrokes per hour
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
- Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test

Prior banking or OFI experience an asset

Good organizational skills, accountability to optimize their workload and attention to detail
ENG is mandatory FRE is an asset as they will be processing client letters across all of Canada
