Job Highlights
- Work with an experienced scientist/engineer to develop scalable chemical manufacturing routes for new products.
- Refine existing production processes by gathering information from production engineers and carrying out lab experiments.
- Safely operate and continuously improve lab-scale processes using existing and new lab equipment.
- Work independently on special projects related to lubricant additive chemistry.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong problem solving skills, including being able to apply chemical engineering principles in new and creative ways.
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory.
- Ability to plan and complete Design of Experiments.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Knowledge of lubricants, additives, and their chemistry is a plus.

- Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
