Here at Meadow Park Care, we currently have a need for an EXPERIENCED Registered Dietician Consultant. The RD will manage the Center's Nutrition Services Manager and serve in a consultant/resource capacity. This is a PT position of up to 10 hours per week expected. We offer a COMPETITIVE WAGE DOE. Position Summary

The Registered Dietician is responsible for overseeing and working with the dietary manager in all aspects of the Nutrition Services Department including code compliance, sanitation and meal preparation and service, dining experience, and residents' nutritional status in a long-term care setting. Evaluates, assesses and participates in inter-disciplinary team (IDT) weekly meetings.

Oversees the Nutrition Services Manager

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Food Service Administration (or as required by state regulations). Registered with the American Dietetic Association and completed continuing education requirements to remain registered (as required by state regulations). Possesses state licensure or certification (as required by state regulations).
