Quality Administrator
Salary: $18-20/hr
Location: Sarasota 34243

Employment Type: Temporary for 6 Months
Schedule: 7am-5:30pm, M-TH
Overview: This opportunity uses knowledge of regulatory requirements to assess, document, and make recommendations for the quality and correction of manufactured parts.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma / GED required; Bachelor s degree in Business, Quality Management, or a related field highly desired
- 2-7 years of manufacturing experience in the field of Quality
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the aerospace sector, or equivalent experience.
- Understanding of AS9012, Aerospace First Article Inspection Report
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Duties: - Publishing of Quality System procedures and forms with administrative applications related to document databases (i.e. SharePoint, Power Documentation Database, Company Database). 15%
- Administrative operation of TipQA application inclusive of Corrective Actions and Nonconformances. 15%
- Manage First Article Inspection Reporting status in conjunction with Receiving Inspection and Purchasing. 25%
- Manage Approved Supplier List and management of supplier folders. Issuance of QN/Y1 through SAP SP2 Portal. 5%
- Records Archive Management including correspondence with Archive supplier. 5%
- Assist Compliance Manager with the completion of Contract Reviews and maintenance of Customer/Regulatory requirements log. 15%
- Manage stamp control process. 2%
- Support Inspection processes when required. 15%
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement. 1%
- Assist in developing and maintaining internal quality system. 1%
- Support of customer and agency audits as directed. 1%
- Ensure commitment to a safe working environment and the HSE standards and process established by the company.
- Other tasks may be assigned by manager.
