We're seeking a mid-level Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by identifying and qualifying high-value leads. You'll leverage your strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and position our solutions as the perfect fit.
*Here's what you'll do:
-Prospect for and qualify new leads through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, email marketing, and social selling.
-Conduct in-depth discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
-Develop strong relationships with potential customers, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
-Set up sales meetings for Account Executives with qualified leads.
-Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and optimize lead generation strategies.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.

*The Ideal Candidate*
-2-4 years of experience in business development or a related sales role.
-Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and generating qualified leads.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects over the phone and email.
-Strong understanding of the sales cycle and lead qualification process.
-A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
-Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and other sales tools.
-Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
