It is an exciting time to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure ( OCI ) and NetSuite HR Team as we actively transform and modernize the HR operating model by consistently delivering the global HR remit to meet the demands of leadership, managers, and employees. The HR operating model in OCI and NetSuite allows for HR teams to focus on different aspects of supporting the business with the intention of providing scalable and adaptable alignment to meet the needs of a dynamic environment. In this model, the HR Solutions team is designed to drive seamless people solutions for employees and managers in partnership with necessary stakeholders, in line with business objectives and in compliance with Oracle policies, values and guidelines. The HR Solutions team has a newly created HR manager role that will report to the Sr. HR Manager on the HR Solutions team.

The new HR Manager role will lead a team of high-energy, hard-working enthusiastic HR professionals, passionate about customer experience, operational excellence, innovation, and employee culture. This role will work to continuously evolve the engagement model as we refine and optimize the way HR teams operate with our expanded partnership with HR Services. The HR Manager will be on the cutting edge of HR processes and technology development. This role will focus on actively managing workflows from manager and employee populations through the Oracle Service Cloud application. In addition, the HR Manager role will be required to influence without direct authority and collaboratively partner with critical stakeholders to facilitate increased capacity and consistency across the HR line in support of US based manager populations.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES :

+ Lead complex process improvement ideas and innovation with a focus on providing seamless people solutions to customers

+ Use best practices to drive efficiency and productivity, while anticipating customer needs

+ Lead a team of HR professionals with a focus on optimizing team performance

+ Provide timely, constructive feedback and make improvements to ensure full achievement of business goals and individual career development

+ Oversee, manage, and delegate customer service queue requests using Oracle Service Cloud in a timely fashion to ensure customer needs are met within SLA targets by efficient use of people, skills, and time

+ Advise managers and employees on practices and procedures in compliance to Oracle policies, values, and guidelines

+ Build trusted advisor relationships with the business, within the HR team and with the broader HR organization to apply HR management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence, and credibility with highly sensitive and confidential information

+ Understand critical metrics and key performance indicators

+ Build strong relationships and buy-in for initiatives with senior internal and external stakeholders

+ Positively influence others to adapt when faced with changing business conditions

+ Manage high levels of ambiguity effectively and support the resolution of complex problems that cross organizational boundaries

+ Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., talent planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, training, etc.)

+ Other duties as assigned

CANDIDATE PROFILE :

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a directly related position

+ 10+ years of Human Resources experience

+ Strong workflow and process management ownership with the ability to manage and communicate complex, fast paced projects with multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization

+ Passionate about leading and driving process improvement and innovation, both from a workflow and technology application perspective

+ Previous experience in actively managing and assigning work from a queue type setting

+ Ability to lead with data driven decision making, driving use of analytics, relevant reporting mechanisms and proper communication; Ability to create analytics using Excel (pivot tables, xlookup, charts, etc.) and effectively communicate insights in support of HR business initiatives

+ Experience working in large global corporation, “High Tech” Industry will be a plus

+ Ability to travel as required

+ Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and effective problem-solving ability

+ Strong client facing skills with a flexible communication style and ability to communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner

+ Expert at managing capacity and knowing how to flex team to meet the changing needs of the organization

+ Strong business acumen

+ Proven ability to lead a high performing team, resolve conflict and make critical business decisions

+ Demonstrate resilience in times of change and uncertainty

+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high stakes and change-driven environment

+ Master at managing change and effectively communicating and motivating teams through transformation

+ Motivated by collaborating with team members to create efficiencies with the customer in mind

+ Energized by problem solving, thinking critically and diving into data to drive performance and customer satisfaction

+ High attention to detail and patience to support team in identifying and addressing trends

+ Comfortable with full Microsoft office suite, HCM , and other Oracle Cloud applications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
