RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion
- Meet quoted job budgets through effective monitoring of labor and costs associated with the project.
- Allocate and track daily labor requirements with field staff and customers
- Monitor inventory and manage daily charge outs from inventory and receipt of inventory through communication with head office
- Demonstrate human resource management through effective supervision, retention, and recruitment of employees, including superintendents.
- Report weekly payroll to head office for processing.
- Manage and promote a culture of safety in accordance with established company safety policies and procedures
- Performs all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Three to five years of mechanical insulation estimating, and project management experience, preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
- Experience using on-screen takeoff (VTO – Visual Takeoff)
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office) as well as company accounting software and basic web functions
- Knowledge of MIKE (Comput-Ability) takeoff software, helpful
- OSHA 30, CPR and First Aid certifications, preferred.
